A vibrant youth concert showcasing singing, break dancing, and diverse musical acts is set to captivate the audience at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.

This event promised to be a prestigious platform for young performers, and its success would play a pivotal role in drawing new members to the council-run arts group. Organised gorilla marketing tactics

Despite the limited time, I successfully implemented guerrilla marketing tactics to promote the event. On the day of the concert, I orchestrated break dancers to perform near the venue and tube station, accompanied by vibrant music to captivate the audience.

By distributing flyers offering exclusive discounts and the opportunity to attend a Royal Albert Hall performance at a reduced rate, I effectively attracted attendees and urged them to sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on future performances.

Invited royalty

To elevate the event, I extended an invitation to royal dignitaries. HRH Prince Edward and Countess Sophie Wessex were my natural choice, owing to her role as a patron of the Girl Guides children's charity.

Promoted events via social media, press and web channels

I strategically created communications plan to build hype and drip feed content in anticipation of the event. Additionally, I skillfully curated photographs for press releases and future stock imagery.
